Corrections

If a price, timetable or opening hour in one of our guides is wrong, send the link plus what you saw. Verified corrections go into the page within the week and stay there.

Pitches

We like pieces with a number in them: three days for this much money, this walk at this hour. Tell us the route, the season and why you are the one to write it.

Response time and privacy

There is one inbox and no autoresponder, so a reply takes about a working day and occasionally two when the question involves a call. Anything you send is used to answer you and, if it is a correction, to fix a page — nothing else. We do not add senders to a list and we do not pass addresses on.

If you are reporting a problem

Send the page address, the date you were there and what did not match what you found. Broken links, moved entrances and hours that no longer hold are all worth a message: they are the fastest things to fix and the easiest to verify, and the page gets a new date when the fix goes in.

For readers in a hurry

If you only need one answer — whether a route works in your month, or which of two cities fits the days you have — say so in the first line. We will answer that question first and keep the rest of the reply short.
